Stay on topof your usage

Your provider connections, preferences and usage history stay on your Mac. The Remain app has no account system or cloud backend.

Remain connects directly only to providers you enable. Their accounts and services remain subject to their own privacy policies.

Remain uses TelemetryDeck to understand app launches, onboarding completion, refresh outcomes, Settings opens and update checks, together with basic app and device information. It never sends provider names, allowances, reset times, credentials or account details. Anonymous analytics are enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings at any time.

If you join the list, Resend stores your email for major Remain updates and occasional news about other products I’m building. This is separate from the app and your provider data. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Feedback, optional contact details and screenshots are processed by Tally and saved privately in Notion. Never include passwords, login codes or provider credentials.

The website host processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Remain does not add analytics or advertising trackers.
